Thirty days, opened or not. If a scent isn't right, write to hello@roseme.us and we'll send a label — you don't need to explain yourself. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.

Glass sometimes loses. Send a photo and we'll ship a replacement the same day, no return needed.

Prices are never printed on gift orders. Gift wrap is $8: unbleached board, a Rose seal, and a note handwritten on a Porcelain card.

Approved accounts get 50% off retail, a $400 opening minimum, $250 reorders, and net 30 after the first order. Freight is arranged on the account, not per order.
